Pumpkin puree - 350 gram
Wheat flour - 250 gram
Sugar - 100 gram
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Salt - a pinch
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
Baking powder - 10 gram
First, let's prepare the pumpkin puree. Bake the pumpkin in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. You can boil the pumpkin until soft, then you need to squeeze out the excess liquid well.
We clean the skin and mash the pumpkin with a fork, we get 350 g of puree.
Transfer the pumpkin to a bowl. Pour in 100 g of sugar, pour in 100 ml of oil and mix well.
Pour 250 g of sifted flour into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 10 g of baking powder.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the pumpkin puree into the flour and knead the dough.
Sprinkle a little flour on a plate and spoon out walnut-sized cookies.
We roll balls from the dough. We form cookies and put them on a sheet covered with baking paper.
We send the cookie blanks to the preheated oven. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Cookies increase in volume well. The temperature and baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven.
Do not dry out the cookies in the oven. In 15 minutes, you get a very delicate and soft cookie inside.
If desired, sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar.
